The Residence

Think big! Then think even bigger! Our dual level holiday apartment features multiple bedrooms, high ceilings with light filled spaces, and a generous open plan living and dining area with design-focused furniture combining retro cool with a realxed coastal vibe.

The Residence features three bedrooms as well as a separate TV room with double sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds (possible to be split into two singles), with the third bedroom sporting two super comfy single beds. There‘s two stylish bathrooms to keep everyone happy. All up The Residence sleeps eight adults with flexible bedding configurations.

Easy holiday entertaining. Cook up a storm in the smartly equipped kitchen complete with oven, convection microwave, induction stove top and integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Dine inside at the large 8-seater dining table or enjoy the coastal breeze in your private courtyard, complete with an outdoor 8-seater dining table.

Messy kids with lots of dirty t-shirts? No problem, we’ve got you. The Residence has it’s own laundry with washing machine and clothes drier.

The Residence is your coastal home for family vacations, getaways with friends, golf weekends, and when you just need that extra space to relax, unwind and settle into the Flinders vibe.
